Do you know who is in charge of the Army CoE in your area/Region? If you do, let's look at his/her Bio....The woman who is in charge in this area is HIGHLY competent....I've met her, and will talking with her again in April.

I am curious as to exactly what problems were wrong, and who signed off on what contractors who did the work in the first place... That might be where some of the troubles are with the levee....
