Several of the problems I reported a while ago have still not been fixed. I agree with you about holding their feet to the fire. If we are hearing about customer problems from just the few on this thread, you can be sure there are many more we are not hearing about. You can write: customerservice@compactconnection.com Attn. Amy You might want to give her a call as well--just call the CCI number during working hours and they will connect you. Sounds like they continue to have problems with postage pricing as well.
