Hail, Lee! We have seen much of the opposition. Dull, boring, stodgy, the NetNanny and SurfMonkey get the job done, but aren't much fun.
We have seen the impending competition. CrayonCrawler has a stick figure crayon talking to the children...if that is an empathetic character, than I am way off on what children like.
We know that HeartSoft can turn a boring subject like logical thinking into something fun, with a talking giraffe and small children looking for missing cookies. From that experience, I expect that HeartSoft can turn surfing the web securely is something that our fair company can do with a warm, fuzzy approach, as well. And make doing so fun !
The Gauntlet and the Web Sentinel modules of the browser are what will set it apart technically from the herd. It is the neat stuff, the interface, the entire feeling that the child will have that will make the browser sell.
So, yes, I believe that the HeartSoft browser will become the de facto standard for surfing the web safely, and that owning a piece of this company is one of the luckiest things I can have in my portfolio!
It is merely a matter of "when," Lee...and Ben just told us it would not be long!
Cheers! Rick |
