Midas - you are correct on land rigs - I have a website bookmarked at work that has the weekly rig usage %ages. The land rigs have been running at sub 50% levels the last time I checked so maybe NWI has negotaited a favorable deal - Rent 2 get one free kind of thing. I will post that link if I can find it on Monday. With the PO Oil going up so rapidly and likely again on Monday - this may change shortly.
