I haven't seen anything. Actually only thing I saw posted was something about whether or not Randy was concerned about someone buying them out and his reponse was something like . . .we are friendly company and we'd prefer to get bought out at $150 rather down $10. Someone also said MOT was not mentioned. Sorry and this is all second hand info.
