What a crock. TM is independently wealthy; even if his NN shares went to zero. Stating that only big money will convince him to sell is just not credible. He seems to put a lot more value in the team and loyalty to it than most other corporations in this sector with the possible exception of CSCO. He's ready to sell; NN has some powerful products today with a very strong pipeline both inhouse and through its alliance partners. This is even better known to the prospective suitors than it is to those posting on this thread. The company will be sold soon even if I don't see that as being December. I do see it happening by or before Spring.
