Many people have not yet figured out that the Republicans ONLY priority is getting money and power to the rich. They never put forth needed social programs for the middle class and especially the poor!

In fact they fight against such programs e.g. their opposition to Obamacare, and FDR's New Deal!

Anyone who is not rich and votes for a Republican has just been fooled and conned!

They enrich the rich in several ways: cut their taxes, cut regulations, cut social programs, and privatize government programs, ignoring the negative effects on society.

I.e. some programs SHOULD be run by the government e.g. prisons should not be private, because when a society decides to separate a person from society they also need to guarantee their well being.

And most social programs are run better by government where there is NO incentive to cheat, or be inhumane e.g. medical insurance!!

Bush even wanted to privatize social security!

Now trump is talking about privatizing the postal service, so you can expect he will try and figure out a way to steal some of social security with a privatization scheme.

Trump Considering Privatizing Postal Service in Move That Could Cut Hundreds of Thousands of Government Jobs: Report

February 2005 – Republican President George W. Bush outlined a major initiative to reform Social Security which included partial privatization of the system, personal Social Security accounts, and options to permit Americans to divert a portion of their Social Security tax (FICA) into secured investments.
