Not to worry, I listen to everything and everybody.

However, it seems fruitless to abandon need as a justification for aid. After all, why spend $ on the unnecessary?

Except for the intent, I think a decent analogy can be made between the COE and AQ, at least in the ultimate results.

If I were forced to make a choice between two horribles, I'd have to choose having a couple of planes plow into a high rise here rather than have the levees destroyed. A no brainer.
