UW, according to Harvest (wise Yahoo poster) Cree's SPO is priced at 85 1/8. Which happens to be the closing bid price today. Also heard it was oversubscribed by 3:1. So, CREE could be interesting to watch on Fri. to say the least. They will have over $300 in cash just burning a hole in their pockets. I assume they will have to wait until the quiet period is over before making any announcements. Mark
