Radar:

I've been "listening" to you on SI, RB and Yahoo for the past few months. I got into PQT at the low 3's. I'm in for the long haul.

Nevertheless, it strikes me that you are a pretty knowledgeable investor. I have a question that perhaps you can answer for me.

I understand what "float" is as it pertains to the banking industry and even the insurance industry. But I'm not certain I understand the ramifications of float as it pertains to the stock market. I have seen the statement "check out the float.....it's only 4 million shares......it's really small etc. etc. etc.

Could you please elaborate on this and tell me why I should be concerned about float and how it affects a short squeeze?

I realize that this may involve a lengthy answer but hope you can find it in the goodness of your heart to answer me. I'm just a poor little investor trying to make a buck and make ends meet!

Thank you in advance!
