Tom,

I'm sorry, I should'nt have responded that way... it's a valid question. I personally can't give you any guarantees about that, anymore than I could about any other co.'s preliminary results. When Manhattan, NCW, Richmont, Barrick, Stillwater or any other mining co. releases initial drill results, I can't guarantee they haven't been tampered with. This co. could have tried something like that a long time ago, if it were so inclined, and they didn't. If it were a scam, I don't think they would have hired BD to be their consultants. There are many reasons I don't worry about that problem. CL is right, there will come a time, very soon, when the risk is taken out, and a lot of people will buy then. You alone have to decide what your comfort level is. Get CL to send you those reports, read everything you can, ask all the questions you can think of, call Eli, he's wonderful, and maybe you can understand why I don't worry about contamination. Good luck. There is a weath of knowledge represented here, and on s-10. I've found the shareholders to be most gracious about answering questions and helping me to understand this co., and I'm sure you'll find the same. Ron has an excellent source, BTW, and he says we are going all the way. <g> (Sorry guys, just could'nt resist!)

Nice to meet you, Tom. Good luck.

Kim
