Agreed, certainly going against convention. I'm not some doomster salivating at the end of the world... worked on WS all my life and made nice money investing... esp. value: real estate early 90's, biotech late 90's. I'm just calling like I see it... I thought Greenspan was pretty much right on with 'irrational exuberance' and figured when the next recession came along it would be real nasty... well here we are, and the length of time between then and now just makes me more bearish, that's all. I'm not about to change my mind because the bureaucrats lowerd rates to zero % to chase everyone into the stock market. I think Grandma was right "don't trust strangers".... well I don't trust all these dopey strangers on TV with my money telling me that you can't lose long run in the market... it's CRAP. DAK DAK
