Can someone help me out here??

Ok, I'm looking at both Nokia and Nortel. I am novice in this industry. So let me get that out and please dont flame me. But, I did read each companies investor relations pages and I have a question.

I notice Nortel "made" allot of its money on infastructure (i.e. internet). But Nortel does have a wireless division as well.

I looks to me like Nokia makes allot of its money using the wireless infastructure (i.e selling mobile handsets & services into the infastructure).

Both mention G3. Nokia has product out this quarter. Does nortel provide infastructure for G3.

Summary, does nortel provide wireless infacstructure and Nokia use it?

If so, is Nortel the big player in wireless G3 infastructure? Is Nokia in wireless infastructure or simply play into it.

Or can anyone correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe nortel and nokia are dissimalar??

Thanks
