Firelight Corporation And Golf Digest Announce Marketing Agreement

March 16, 2001--Firelight Corporation and Golf Digest today announced a multi-faceted marketing agreement in principle that provides for Firelight’s new three-video set entitled “Butch’s Ultimate Golf,” to be promoted via Golf Digest’s International distribution base. The first advertisement for the videos will appear in the upcoming May issue of Golf Digest.

The recently completed “Butch’s Ultimate Golf” video set will carry the Golf Digest name, and features instruction from world-renowned golf coach Butch Harmon, filmed at his new golf school in the Grand Bahamas. Harmon is recognized worldwide as teacher to Golf Digest Playing Editor Tiger Woods. His roster of PGA Tour clients also includes Darren Clarke and Mark Calcavecchia. The athletes and celebrities he has worked with, include Roger Clemens, Marcus Allen, Brandi Chastain, Will Smith, Joe Pesci and Bruce Willis.

In making the announcement, Firelight Corporation President Brad Hope said, “With Golf Digest’s widespread distribution and Butch Harmon’s international appeal, we are expecting sales of ‘Butch’s Ultimate Golf’ to be extremely strong.”

Golf Digest Licensing Director Tom Emanuel added, “We are enthusiastic about bringing the Golf Digest name to these excellent, instructional videos. As a Golf Digest Teaching Professional, Butch Harmon lends his expertise to the magazine, and this new video set offers his advice, beyond the pages, to our readers worldwide.”

A long-term marketing deal between Golf Digest and Firelight is expected to be finalized and announced in the near future.
