Cal I'm not disappointed in the company, just the share price. The company is moving in the right direction with their improved earnings and their new center in New York. It seems to me the company is more focused on shareholder value than they have been in the past. In the past the share value was only a side show. If they keep on the present course we will be rewarded in the future. Still holding, John
