Hi Preston. I finally got to your stock list.
Here is what I did -
1) Started with the 96 Value Line 1 or 2 stocks that had your growth
rate / PE criteria
2) Weeded out stocks that do not have their RS in a column of X's
3) Weeded out stocks that did not have a bullish support line.
4) Sorted the stocks by their industry Bullish Percentage, lowest to
highest.

These are the top twenty.
Please put them in a portfolio until I come up with a "control group"
