there was a small blurb from Hard Rock last week - they see this as a lull before the 'storm' period for CHL. The offtakes are being worked on and then it should start rolling out the door. The mkt has firmed up a bit as well. This thing deserves to be a multiple of where it is at today once this loan is okayed.
