wonk, it's easy to tell that you believe in what you speak. Well done.
I'd have to digest what you stated, and contemplate how to reply in the face of what I am due to state to Dave, as I reply to the other topic.
Which brings me to the main point of this post, lest some newly arrived lurkers become confused as to what's going on here.
There are two different discussions going on:
- In the first, DH was replying to my query two posts back about the next gen of digital over fiber, post 1GHz HFC, and
- In the second, to which I am now responding, there is the discusion that you and DH are having concerning over-the-air modulation standards, and the dirctions of the industry, in general
Perhaps one of these discussions will segue into the other at some point. Betcha they will.
