Hi Jimmy, the person that bought the shares was Daniel A. Pharo, the chairman of the board. This is the person who has committed to funding the company until the cash flow takes care of the company financing.

To tell the truth I was disappointed because my expectations for this news release was that a new company had integrated the Air Box into their production line. But communicating to the stockholders that there is sufficient cash to run the organization is also important. I need to be patient.......
