I'll excuse your French. And I'm sorry if you don't like bad news. You are correct that I am upset. But believe it or not, I still love the company and the quality products we used to produce. As for incompetence, I'm the best darn software troubleshooter in the industry. I can solve virtually any software/hardware problem in record time. They only kept the cheap help. A software company can sell on reputation for only so long. Most customers will only allow themselves to be burnt once. There is no long term future for Qdek.
