New Press Release - Tuesday April 22 $2m private placement Auriginor Exploration Inc AUI Shares issued 13,139,068 Apr 21 close $0.80 Tue 22 Apr 97 News Release Mr Richard Diotte reports The company has entered into a private placement agreement with institutional investors, for the issuance of a maximum of 3,125,000 units for $2,000,000 and a minimum of 781,250 units for $500,000. Each unit is priced at $0.64. Each unit will comprise one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.84 for 12 months. Proceeds will be used to complete the acquisition of a gold producing property in Central America and the development of the company's other projects.
