"The bad news: I will have to restore the correct settings to the system setup program" fwiw, my dell manual says to make a copy of the screens in the system setup program, then to refer to the appendix for instructions on how to restore the correct settings later. it would be nice if it was only the system time and date settings that you needed to restore. let us know :) mark
