Z.O: I understand AOL recently removed its ATM edge switches for I.P on fibre. AOL is provider of bulk internet, without QoS. They are not providing reliable voice,video,TV,data for banks,trading instutution,large corporation etc. It is ATM ( in this case NN) which providing services for FAA to secure you trip from NY City to LA. IP over fiber is fine for posting on SI thread. BTW, how many ISP besides AOL are making money on internet access? Bulk internet access without advertising (AOL) is not profitable business. Zbyslaw
