The Clearinghouse has handled this "problem" by issuing "proxy shares". Oh for heaven's sake! A huge, illegal short position, clearinghouse issuing bogus shares...come on, why not just say the Bildebergers and the Club of Rome are somehow involved and expose the entire consipiracy.
