Couple of yrs ago I interviewed at an application sw co and all their work was done in India. Even their bids for new contracts were written there and then simply edited and proofread in the US office. The funny thing is that all their work comes from State govts here in the US. US tax dollars going right out to India. I'm sure they come in as low bidder becasue of this.
