It looks to me as though the clowngress wasn't to happy with the original bailout so an extra 10 days were needed to make it even worse. Their weren't enough earmarks in the original. Pelosi: "WTF is this Hank? Where's my F*&^%ing cut?" Hank: "Sorry Nancy. What do you need?""
