Good Afternoon margaret, yes it must be realy cold down there if you were thinking about wearing a ski mask. I do not like the snow and ice but if you like I may send 15 or 20 tons of its to your door. You can then go skiing for a while, build a snow man or throw some snow balls at whoever comes around. Yes it would be nice to see a rebound in the techs but it may take a good while before that happens. I hope that you are having a nice Sunday and thank you for your post Warm Regards Frank
