Talk about not complying by the rules, you forgot to mention that SUF
has several forms of financing at there disposal. I suggest you review CJ conference call.

I would be more concerned as to the actions and steps that may be forthcoming from the Canadian Ministry of foreign Affairs, have they been talking to De Beers ?
