Whats interesting is that the 300 to 500 thousand dollar market has exploded due to folks taking dollars out of the Stock market.. We had a project sell 150 homes in 18 months at an average of over $350K that had done poorly when the Stock market was better. Lots of buyers told me they were out of the market looking at housing as safer... Friends at Lennar and other companies tell me their business is great nationwide. TOLL is also killing them...as is Centex.. I dont think its just Florida/Sunbelt wide..
