Perhaps that is E's translation of the phrase "misery loves company".

If I were an investor in E's stock, I would have grave reservations about their bottom line. I know firsthand how their software will allow trades on margin when you don't even have a margin account. I don't know what the legal implications of this are....that is to say, when they execute a trade twice using funds I don't even have. But if I were an investor I would be concerned that this is happening on a regular basis, not only in violation of SEC regs, but also affecting their ability to control assets, thereby resulting in litigation and undisclosed losses in revenue.

Can you short E's stock through E????? There would be a certain poetic justice in that....
