Jerry Keba: This SLAMMING was "Made Public" in the PURCHASE AGREEMENT Old News LETS MOVE
On. I agree with you on earniings... The past was resolved with ISGI AND TWT at the time of
sale and they have accepted it why cannot the world it is not that big of a deal. This company
is going to grow out side of the U.S.A. on long distance That money is big in profit. it
was ok to build the orginal base on domestic usage yet sales out of the U.S. get quick
clean money and the system can handle the calls.

Big $$$ in Mexico, South America, Industrial accounts, Residental is ok for a start up
but Mr. Salinas, and new Sales reps. will promote to the larger business clients and the
"CASH COW WILL GROW" and {GROW} I have worked with "LDS" from it's youth and everyone gets
all the traps closed so these things cannot happen and the trust of the strong Reseller takes
on a new meaning in your list of clients. I went to our local LIBIARY and went back six (6) years
to find that there were more contracts signed for a 5 to 7 year range than any time period, for
LONG DISTANCE LOCKED IN ACCOUNTS. These are on your books as clients for 5 years thats what we
want in sales. Im convinced this is what they are going to add to the company. Now they do not
have to be big $12,000 to $20,000 a month is big. Clean sales no headakes just FOOD FOR THE COW.
