Bill something that comes from a lack of info disermanation by the company is doubt about the direction and sustainability of the companies belief and business structure.

The reason most if not all info will now be dispenced by the clients and not vocaltec is they and a host of other Isreali companies are very protective of their companie,Bordering on the paranoid.While this is good company practice when needed it lends nothing to the inteligence of the investor.

My take as dry as it is is only tempered by the fact that its a dog eat dog out there and they have more then one reason to be scared stiff.Think we might see the run anticapated fri on monday.

The industry will break down walls of competition simply because noone will buy only lucent or only csco or only newbridge or only any other telco voip or switch company because they will never want to have the problem of only one switch or backbone vendor.V will begin providing many types of solutions and will thus be able to provide many types of backups,I hope.

With DEC we a world class provider of hardware and service for any and all companies,largest to the smallest.24 hours a day 365 days a year world wide and i mean world wide.

With ECI and other vendors we have a real fix on the pulse of the industry.The big guys have not begun to really get into it yet but we are on the very shortest list of lists.

I believe this news announcement was meant as a primer for the very serious stuff about to come.We now have service and support for all our clients and can be right up there with the big guys even bigger.There is no one bigger then DEC except maybe IBM.We are now more covered then csco lu and even some of the telcos.

The big one is about to come and I believe in this instance there will be more then one.
