Russ, QP with Metastock is a great combination. The Downloader is not a very popular program. I personally despise it. QP is a great data source and I think MSwin definetely meets your above criteria. All of the above are available on free 30 day trial. All you have to lose is shippinh and handling... Windows on Wallstreet Pro is also popular here. wallstreet.net Technifilter Plus is also very powerful for scans... Sean
