What happens when summer comes, and all the water is gone because Trump drained it all away?

Many if not most of these Californian farmers are Trump supporters. How deep will their denial go?

Some of them might start putting up signs saying "Trump Created Dust Bowl" or posters of Trump pointing to dry land saying, "I DID THAT!"
