I think we're basically saying the same thing.

Here's a question for you. Based on relatively new Fed regs all Naz and NazSmallCap stocks are now marginable, no more waiting for periodic updates to the Fed's marginable list. What I still am unclear on is whether the 30 day post-IPO thing was (is) a Fed rule or just standard industry practice. Do you know?
