Genaissance Pharmaceuticals Enters Into HAP(TM) Technology License Agreement With Novo Nordisk

NEW HAVEN, Conn., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genaissance Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNSC - News) today announced that it has licensed its HAP(TM) Technology to Novo Nordisk A/S (NYSE: NVO - News) for use in a drug development program. Under the terms of the agreement, Novo Nordisk will pay Genaissance license and service fees, including fees for genotyping clinical samples. Genaissance will have certain rights to develop and commercialize specified diagnostic products and services.
