Courageous move Peter. I personally would have written a letter at most. In fact I still plan to do so after I get through this accounting exam that I have to take pretty soon. I am familiar with the charge that you mentioned but I don't believe its a reason for the decline in our stock's value. I don't know of a legitimate and sensible reason for our stock's decline in value. But if we had to pick a quarter in which to endure that $902,000 charge this is by far the best. If this charge is pushing down the value of our stock maybe we all should just wait until the next quarterly report is released and buy then. We might be able to get our hands on more shares for even less than $3 per share.
