When a salesman sell a Reg S idea , it is done on a percentage . If stock is selling at .35, a foreign source would buy at .25 and be able to sell the shares into the usa in a few days after purchase.. The Company would hype the stock to cover the Reg S share comming into the market. This floods the stock outstanding and the hype will go flat. Only one to make money is the Reg S foreign buyer.. He can make .20 in a few days for his purchase.. NUZA does this to get money.. This is why I am not in favor of a reverse split.. It gives you another platform to work with. This is big time for BB stock
