This was a reply from Tom on some questions I had about the 144 offerings: "144 stock can be picked up for 45 cents per share and two warrants exercisable at 45 cents until the end of December 31, 2000. Once we are current on all SEC filings, which should be about March 31, we can then Register a 505 Offering. This registration will raise $5,000,000 dollars and will give us free trading stock in the treasury. This stock we can use to redeem your warrants which will then become free trading stock certificates. Jim and I are making progress on working with a well connected investment banking group on Wall Street and hopefully will be able to make an announcement next week." GO BETT!
