Looks like Greenspan is finally coming to the realization that Deficits Do Matter. The Republicans need to learn that fact before they bankrupt the country. The Debt ceiling has increased 37% since Bush took office, hate to imagine what the debt will be after another four years. The next Bush recession will be much deeper than the first!
