Yes... the odds are very good the arbitration tribunal decision will benefit SUE. If it does not, expect a 50-75% drop. If it does, expect a double or triple over coming months. It is less risky to wait for the decision, and that is why I am waiting before adding SUE to my list. But I have no idea what price it will be the day after a positive decision.
