Warren, I agree that what you are suggesting is very likely. I do believe that the "bounce" however is going to be dependant on either an intentional effort to move it or to finally get some information back out of the company, otherwise I do not expect that much of a bounce.

The odds are good though that WRN has a "REASON" to get those warrants exercised and to do so will require a move from here to that magic .38 number, as you indicated.
