No, I didn't mean "new" to America. I meant, you are new to this site, Politics for Pros. You certainly don't have to follow my suggestion, but it might be wise.

Re the WMD...AS you well know, WMD wasn't the only reason to go into Iraq. See the White House site for all the actual documents and the wording if you dispute that. The MSM and many leftwing people and sites would like you and I to believe that it was.

But yes, many including me, were "naive enough" to believe there was WMD of all sorts in Iraq at the time we went in....Saddam probably did send much to Syria, as we noted by those long convoys of trucks that were seen and photographed leaving Baghdad before the war.

The thing I really wonder about is: If Saddam and group could bury completely in the sands MANY jet airplanes (we all saw the pictures, and I think we can still find the pictures of the operation to unbury the planes), is any one naive enough NOT to believe that Saddam could bury a few barrels, or even hundreds of barrels of chemicals, or bio weapons in those same sands?

Edit: Here's a picture of one of them: newsmax.com

This article and pictures are interesting as well...
