Dave , MCF is doing more than just the regular financials, they have to CONVERT to GAAP in order to file the 20-F, this takes more time than doing the regular books. Why do the regular books and then do the GAAP after, makes more sense to do it all at the same time, even if it takes longer. Jazzss
