well personally I expect very few warnings... not because things are great mind you... but because expectations are so low and (imo) CEOs are underpromising. But I'm game if there's a good overvalued tech gem out there... I can almost guarantee nobody significant in software will warn. Actually the best warning seasons start earlier than this anyway... when things really collapse they know midway through the q. L
