This preannouncement has come much too late and DELL has AGAIN mismanaged Wall Street. This is probably a good time for DELL to also announce a bigger share repurchase program with their "tons of cash" and for Michael Dell, Mort Topfer, Kevin Rollins, and Tom Meredith to STOP selling their damn shares (planned or not)every other week. In addition, instead of Michael and Susan Dell selling their shares to fund the DELL Foundation, this would be a good time as any for them to start "buying" company shares for their personal account to show confidence in DELL and help to rebuild shareholder value for a stagnant, and now, depressed stock.
