To all: Please, let us not degenerate into name calling, etc. It is rather evident that Mark has numerous ideas that are both inconsistent and he quotes other contributors in a misleading fashion. While I do not have the technical expertise of Mr. (Dr?) Benn and others, it is evident that Mr. Privat, Dr. Benn, et al have been able to run a distinctive and educational thread. At this point we have all learned enough about Mark that it appears the only way to stop his outbursts is just to ignore them and carry on an intelligent dialogue. If he chooses to elevate himself to an appropriate level, than perhaps he has learned something. If not, let us carry on without him. Thanks. my 2 cents---WDB, MD
