According to the web site tracking this current sunspot cycle, it's been 20 days since the last one -- we are currently in a very low activity period, but I believe we went over 30 days (maybe more) without a sunspot at some point last year... so no record, but definitely in a significant low activity period... We are in solar cycle 24... here is the website tracking it: solarcycle24.com
