There are two possible interpretations of what he said.

1. Iran WILL use these weapons against Israel.

2. Iran will ONLY use these weapons if provoked. A deterrent.

You've decided that only 1 applies; I have simply decided that I can't determine which applies.


You are forgetting (if you ever knew) that Iran routinely applies the words "colonialist expansion" - in other words, the process which an Iranian nuke will stop - to the establishment and existence of the state of the Israel. Inside any borders.
