No you didn't make that claim but you did leave a problem unaddressed. If Intel's main binsplit is or was at 866MHz and below we have a real problem explaining how Intel has shipped the volumes they have at 900MHz and above. Your theory would do much better explaining how AMD ships only 7.7 Million processors from 2 large fabs but you applied this theory to the company who ships over 30 million. Good theory, wrong company.
